Sales Pre-License Classes

Now is the perfect time to think about a future career in Real Estate. The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® offers pre-licensing classes throughout the year. Our participants have gone on to very successful careers in Real Estate.

Upcoming classes include:

June 29, 2010 - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m - This class will meet each Tuesday and Thursday evening and concludes on August 17, 2010.

August 16, 2010 9 a.m. to noon. This class will meet each Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning and concludes on September 20, 2010. This class finishes in 5 ½ weeks.

August 31, 2010 9 a.m. to noon. This class will meet each Tuesday and Thursday morning and concludes on October 19, 2010.

October 4, 2010 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This class will meet each Monday and Wednesday evening and concludes on November 24, 2010.

November 2, 2010 9 a.m. to noon.  This class will meet each Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning and concludes on December 10, 2010.  This class finishes in 5 ½ weeks.

**WESTERLY SALES PRE-LICENSE CLASS: September 28, 2010 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This class will be held at the Dime Bank, 131 Franklin Street, Westerly, RI.  This class will meet each Tuesday and Thursday evening and conclude on November 18, 2010. REGISTRATION FOR THE WESTERLY CLASS CAN BE DONE BY PHONE (785-9380 OPTION 1) AND TEXTBOOKS WILL BE GIVEN ON FIRST NIGHT OF CLASS.

*Textbook is included in course fee. However, it is necessary to pick up and pay for textbook before class.
