Pre-License - Courses Overview

The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® has the state’s largest real estate school and offers a 45-hour course designed to successfully prepare an individual to take the Rhode Island Real Estate Salesperson’s examination. Pre-License courses meet for 15 sessions and are scheduled on an ongoing basis. All instructors are professionals in real estate and/or law.

All classes are available to both the general public and REALTOR® members. Most, but not all, classes are held at the RI Association of REALTORS® headquarters at 100 Bignall Street, Warwick, RI. Special accommodations for the handicapped may be made by calling the Education Department at 401-785-9380 x 1 one week prior to class.
