The Rental Agent Designation courses offer a complete package of all that is necessary to be a well-informed rental agent. The legalities and practicalities are all covered in the three courses that lead to the desingation.

This program will lead to a future in property management and coveres what basics are necessary for a person in property management to be successful. Both designations require courses in Agency 101, Lead Paint and Fair Housing.
