The Foreclosure, Short Sales and REO's course will provide the necessary information to the students on how to go through the selling and/or buying process, how to deal with customers/clients in a foreclosure, and the legal aspects of the foreclosure process. This class will be offered on June 23, 2009 at 9 a.m.
The Mortgage Seminar will explain, in detail, how to guide your customer/client through the finance process to procure their property/home and to do so equipped with information to make the process as smooth and understandable as possible. This class will be offered on June 23, 2009, at 1 p.m.
Registration is only available by calling the Education Department at 401-785-9380, Option 1. Online registration is not available for these classes. Recertification will be here before too long. These 6 credits, at a reduced rate, can be used for your renewal. Don't hesitate!!!
