Lead Paint Information - Courses

Do you or your clients own or plan to buy rental property? The new state lead law requires all owners of one or more rental units built before 1978 or designated person to take a Housing Resources Commission approved three-hour class about lead paint. The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® will offer this class on the following dates:

The cost is $40 for REALTORS and $65 for non-REALTORS.
