• Why these homes appeal to buyers.
• Using the simplicity of feng shui, help potential buyers visualize how their furniture and accessories will fit using the age-old methods of harmony, balance and order.
• The five best tips regarding feng shui and the five worst features of a home and   their cures

Participants will be required to bring a floor plan to class so that specific problems can be discussed.

Reverse Mortgages for Senior Homeowners
The new continuing education program explores the application process, fees, closing costs, tax benefits and treatments of reverse mortgages.  It covers the different reverse mortgage types--Tenure, Term, Line-of-Credit, and Lump Sum--and how they apply to senior homeowners.

Effective Customer Service
This new course is designed to improve professionalism and demonstrates to the Real Estate professional various ways of improving customer relations.  The skills of listening and how to encourage assertive listening are introduced.  It will also indicate ways of self-evaluation following interactions with customers. 

Radon for REALTORS®
This course is designed to introduce the realtor to the health effects and solutions of Radon in Real Estate Transfers in the State of Rhode Island. This course will provide you with a general understanding of Radon in Air, testing and Mitigation, Radon in Water testing and Mitigation, factors effecting Radon entry and concentrations, Radon Resistant New Construction and Marking a home with a Radon Mitigation System.
