RIAR Partners with McKissock Online Education For Appraisal CE and for Real Estate Continuing Education

The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce, in partnership with McKissock Online Education, the addition of many new Continuing Education classes for Appraisal and Real Estate.

Appraisal* courses are approved by the Appraisal Qualifying Board (AQB) and also approved for Continuing Education by the Appraisal Board of Rhode Island. The classes available for Appraisal CEare very interesting and cover many new and varied topics. Anyone in need of renewing their Appraisal license will find these new courses challenging and educationally sound. Packages of courses containing all 28-hours of Appraisal Continuing Education hours, at reduced rates.

The courses available for Real Estate Continuing Education also cover many new and interesting topics. McKissock also has packages of courses containing all 24-hours of Continuing Education hours, at reduced rates.

Click on the link above or the McKissock logo to be view the list of courses they offer. There, you can register and sign up for the classes that you would like to enroll in. There is a drop-down menu for switching between Appraisal and Real Estate Continuing Education.

Note: Be sure to select the correct State (Rhode Island) for the appropriate courses. Any courses taken for the incorrect location will not be applicable for renewal.
