Desgination Courses - GRI Courses

Below are the courses approved by the Department of Business Regulations for your GRI Designation. GRI modules 101, 102, 201, 202 and 301 are approved for 15 CEH’s per module. GRI 302 modules are approved individually for three to six CEH’s. All modules must be completed in their entirety to obtain continuing education credits. The GRI 2 and 3 series are also approved for 15 hours of Appraisal Continuing Education.

	GRI 302 allows you to choose subject areas that you would like to further pursue. Electives and fees are listed as GRI 302 courses on your continuing education calendar.
