CORE Courses - Overview

Salespersons and Brokers must renew their license every two (2) years. Of the 18 total credits required for renewal, 6 credits must be from the CORE courses listed below, with the remaining 12 to be selected from other Continuing Education courses.

The next renewal date is: April 30, 2008 and every two years after on April 30. (2010, 2012, 2014, etc.)
