Appraisal Continuing Education Courses
Appraisers must renew their license every two (2) years. A minimun of 28 classroom hours are required for re-certification, including a 7 hour National USPAP update course or its equivalent - approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board.
The next renewal date is: April 30, 2008 and every two years after on April 30. (2010, 2012, 2014, etc.)

NOTICE - Important changes to Appraiser Qualifications - On February 20, 2004, the Appraiser Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation adopted changes to the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria that became effective on January 1, 2008. These changes represent the minimum national requirements that each state must implement for individuals applying for a real estate appraiser license or certification as of January 1, 2008.
