The mission of the Education Department is to instruct and assist individuals in the pursuit of their Real Estate goals—salesperson, broker, appraiser. The department will offer courses that are challenging, current, and appropriate to the industry and approved by our regulatory body. Our instructors will be individuals of substantial knowledge and expertise in order to assist students in attaining their goals.
Renew Your License By April 30, 2008
Any license that has not been renewed on-line by April 30, 2008 will be subject to the $100.00 late fee. According to Valerie Voccio, the Real Estate Administrator for the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation. The late fee cannot be waived since it is mandated by law.
